In such a situation, through a new strategy under this system, accepting the system of using human urine as a formula for fertilizer will prove beneficial in the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan program. Apart from this, fish and rats have also been described under the formula of natural chemical fertilizer for the analysis of elements, which will be described in detail in the next Step.

Figure 2 shows through the economic cycle that the scientific commercial method can be operated by balancing the money flow from the points of demand and production in addition to employment. In this, employment will be determined on human life, when a person will take birth, from the time of taking that birth till the death of that person, employment will continue to be generated. In Figure 2A, production of natural chemical fertilizers under commercial process resulted in increase in wages of sanitation workers, increase in finance, increase in insurance installment, increase in employment under unorganized sector, increase in agricultural production,  in gross domestic production, increase in  revenue etc. This will be described in detail in the next offering.
